How do I get my money back?

Do I keep my credits?
Yes. Every credit from the purchase stays in your account, and so do the videos you made with them.
Do I have to use #avomap?
Yes. The post needs #avomap in its caption to qualify. That's how we find it and how other people find AvoMap.
Which views count?
Views from real people who came across your post. Boosted posts, bought views and bots don't count.
Can I add up views from several posts?
No, a single post has to reach the mark (3,000 views, or 30,000 impressions on X). A post that isn't there yet can still get there later, and you can claim whenever it does.
Can I do this again?
Yes. Each purchase can be refunded once, so the next package you buy can be free too.
Who owns the video?
You do. We may reshare it with credit to you. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't.
Who checks my claim?
One of us looks at every post by hand. If we ever change the program, a claim you have already sent is handled under the rules that applied when you sent it.
